I usually take BCAA when I am dieting for shows.  Glutamine and creatine are part of my strategy year round.

Guess who...lol...

Supplements..well, growing up my Mom didn't believe in them, you would never know that now.  My ex used to *try* and pump me full of vitamins..and of course, I thought back to my Mom saying your body doesn't need them.  Well...last year I found out the ex was right and my sweet Mom was wrong (btw...she takes stuff now)..anyway, I have low B12 which the doctor said, "Take those B12 supplements and you will be fine." 

Sometimes...Mom's aren't always right....yours look really good (NASA..wow)....

Ali I gotta say so many companies put unsatisfactory materials in their products.  This company focuses on putting the best materials available and all of their products are independently tested.  Many physicians are actually having these products in their office.

I totally love the new AS10 from Amerisciences.  This product is a MAN among boys in comparison to its competitors.  Its almost humorous the difference between this company and some of its competitors.  No company has more science and research behind it.  You can rest assured if NASA is putting their stamp of approval on these products you are getting the best available.  Goodness Gracious

Hey Mike, what do they have that is similar to White Flood and Purple Wraath by Controlled Labs?  I've been using those two pre-workout and it's really helping me.

Brad my favorite of americsciences for pre workout is a product called energy.  It doesn't give you the type of jitters or but a natural lift.  6 types of ginseng and some water soluble caffeine.  Just a great supplement.  1 pill and you are good for hours.  It is expensive though.  I think its like 65 bucks but definitely worth it. 

Brad this company is the best in the world right now.  NASA has signed a space act agreement with them.  All products are independently tested.  All from outside sources and a 95% dissolution rate after 1 hour.  The industry standard is 50%.  The pharmaceutical standard is 90% so they are above what you get when a doctor prescribes a drug.  Come by my new office and I will give you samples.  These products are awesome.
