I have added sweet potato's (spelling)  to my carb sources and I love them.  They make eating clean so easy.  Totally satisfying form of carbs and taste great.  My wife does a great job making them with chicken and green beans.  Have you guys ever had sweet potato fries or chips?  I am not sure how to make them but thought maybe Steph or someone might know??
