Upper Back Training for Maximum Muscle

What a great weekend!  Me and my wife are coaching soccer for my 2 son’s soccer team.  I know absolutely zero about soccer so if you guys can give me some tips I am all ears or eyes 🙂 

Back to Muscle Building

Today’s Upper Back routine

Pulldowns Heavy 4 sets of 4.  1.5 minutes rest between sets

Hammer Machine Low Row (my favorite row machine)  4 sets of 4-6

Dumbbell Rows 4 sets of 8-10

Pullups as many as possible with no rest to Pulldowns for 20 repetitions.  3 cycles through each exercise.

Total workout time 30 minutes.

Repeat after 10 days of recovery.
